I made this yesterday because I had some pineapple sitting around from pizza on Saturday that I needed to use up. This is recipe is easy and the meat is sweet, and fall apart tender every time. Good hot or cold.
- One half 16oz can of pineapple chunks
- One 2-3 pound pork shoulder roast
Place pork roast in crock-pot. Pour can of pineapple chunks and juice over pork. Cover. Turn crock-pot on low and cook for 4-8 hours. Check to make sure temperature is above 165 degrees Fahrenheit before serving.
